Auralayer Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
Auralayer is designed to run locally on your device.
Data Collection
Auralayer does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal information.
The app does not require an account, does not include advertising SDKs, does not use analytics SDKs, and does not send usage data to a server.
Local Data
Auralayer stores your saved mixes, presets, selected sounds, music selection, and volume settings locally on your device so the app can restore your audio setup later.
This local app data is not transmitted by Auralayer.
Permissions
Auralayer uses Android foreground media playback and notification permissions to keep ambient audio available while the app is in the background and to show playback controls in Android notifications or on the lock screen.
If you deny notification permission, audio playback can still work, but Android may hide notification playback controls.
Support Email
If you contact support by email, your email app may send your email address and message to Auralayer support. Support emails are used only to respond to your request.
Data Deletion
Because Auralayer stores app data locally on your device, you can delete saved mixes and local app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
